Dress Fitting

Saturday I had my bridesmaid dress fitting. The dress was sized in March, well before any weight loss. I'm really glad it was. The dress will be taken in about 2-3 inches through the chest, but is cut so that it doesn't really fit the bust much, so the empire waistband will not fit flush to the chest. I actually will have to pull my bra down a bit so it doesn't show. I hate to think about how little fabric there would be to cover the bust if it had been ordered in my current size.

I really hope that the alterations get done in time, too. The dress just came in a week ago for a July 5 wedding. I ordered it in early March. Fabulous.
